Icaro Consulting is a strategic research consultancy specialising in the planning, development and delivery of sustainability. We work across the public, commercial and construction sectors providing high quality consultancy and research services. Our primary focus is systems behaviour change – whether in terms of individuals, communities, or organisations – and our work tends to involve three main elements:

 

• Primary and secondary research, involving a range of qualitative, quantitative and desk review elements, as well as detailed statistical interrogation of data sets (e.g. Regression Analysis, Factor & Cluster Analysis).

• Evaluation and monitoring (both formative as well as summative evaluations, and the design of evaluation programmes as well as delivery of evaluation projects).

• Policy development and consultancy, supporting clients to develop strategies, codes and guidance material.

 

Icaro Consulting is a member of The Consultation Institute, and Phil Downing (Director) delivers training on behalf of the Institute on Effective Data Analysis. We are part of Defra’s Sustainable Consumption and Production Framework and the Climate Change and Sustainability Framework for Welsh Assembly Government.
